This is the handbook for the systems that run Comfort Hub: Zoho, Supabase, the 7AM app, QuickBooks, the pay page, Stripe, Twilio and the email service. It says what each process does, how to do the everyday tasks, and what to do when something breaks. It is written for the owner and the developers, not for customers. It uses plain words and the names people say out loud, never the names the databases use inside.

Handbook

The business, one process at a time. Start with how it runs, then go chapter by chapter.

Systems

One page per system, and the map of how they talk to each other.

Reference

Tables to look things up: names, statuses, emails, jobs, checks.

How the handbook is arranged

The Handbook tab follows the order the business runs: a new customer, then booking, then the visit, then the invoice, then the payment, and on to parts, hours, the phone, and keeping it all running. Each chapter opens with one page that explains how that part works, then has short pages for each task. The Systems tab is the same story told by system instead of by process. Go there when you are inside one tool and want to know what it owns and what it talks to. The Reference tab is for looking things up. No stories, just the facts in tables.

Read Writing here. It is short. The rules exist so that you in three months can still read what you in three months ago wrote.
